Task and Activities:
1. Project Planning and Co-ordination o Develop Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. o Define Project Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, including technical specifications and performance criteria. o Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability, considering factors such as budget constraints and resource availability
2. Design and Engineering Support o Collaborate on Design: Work with design engineers to develop detailed design plans and drawings for Crane and Hoist. o Design Approval: Review and get approval design documents from customer. o Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to design teams throughout the design phase.
3. Project Execution and Management o Construction Oversight: Supervise and monitor the Manufacturing and installation of Crane and Hoist, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards. o Schedule Management: Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables. o Change Management: Handle changes or modifications to project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
4. Communication and Updates o Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations. o Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration among project team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. o Progress Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
5. Cost Control and Budget Management o Budget Monitoring: Monitor project expenditures and maintain financial discipline to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. o Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for project phases and activities, including labour, materials, and equipment. o Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Documentation and Reporting o Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, specifications, and correspondence. o Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, decisions, and communications. o Lessons Learned: Document lessons learned and best practices for future reference and continuous improvement.
7. Commissioning and Handover o System Commissioning: Oversee the testing, commissioning, and startup of Crane and Hoist to ensure functionality and performance. o Client Acceptance: Facilitate client acceptance of completed projects, conducting final inspections and Load test Certification o Project Handover: Prepare and deliver project handover documentation and training to clients, ensuring smooth transition and operational readiness.
