Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects. Prepare and update project documentation including schedules, reports, and specifications. Support the monitoring of project progress and help identify potential issues or delays. Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Help manage procurement and delivery of materials and equipment. Conduct field visits or site inspections as needed to gather data or verify work progress. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Support in preparing cost estimates and budgets. Oversee MEP installation (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting systems) ensuring compliance with codes and design intent. Coordinate between interior, glass, and MEP teams to ensure seamless work sequencing and avoid conflicts. Participate in meetings and record meeting minutes and action items. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or engineering team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( Civil). 2 years of relevant experience in project engineering or a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project). Familiarity with Auto CAD tools and project management software is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to travel to visit other branches when work has been assigned Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
