Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

To handle 4- 5 projects independently and conduct regular site meeting with respective Site Engineer, inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Management Team / Project Manager / Planning Engineer, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Technical Support:

To follow Company's process and methodology and support to the construction team, resolving any issues that arise on-site.

Documentation:

To Monitor Wheater the Site Engineer to maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, material usage, and labour attendance.

Quality Control:

To Monitor Wheater the Site Engineer to maintain the quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Safety Management:

To Monitor Wheater the Site Engineer to maintain PPE kid at site by enforcing safety regulations and conducting safety training sessions.

Qualifications:

D.C.E / B.E / in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in residential building construction Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Moderate communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
