We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Planning Engineer to join our team at Pharmintech Turnkey Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, execution, and commissioning, specifically within the Cleanroom or HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling:
Develop detailed project schedules.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to integrate all project phases.
Monitor and update progress, identify slippages, and propose recovery plans.
Technical Coordination:
Understand clean room classification (ISO 14644, GMP) and HVAC requirements.
Coordinate with design consultants for HVAC layouts, AHU sizing, ducting, and cleanroom utilities.
Verify BOQs, drawings, and technical submittals as per project scope and client specifications.
Execution Support:
Track site activities related to HVAC equipment (AHUs, ducting, chillers, HEPA filters, etc.).
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and automation teams for interface points.
Support site engineers in resolving technical and scheduling issue.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure documentation such as IQ/OQ protocols, validation reports, and as-built drawings are prepared and submitted.
Support QA/QC in complying with clean room and HVAC validation standards (DOP test, velocity, particle count, etc.).
Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
Client & Vendor Coordination:
Participate in client meetings, provide status updates, and align project priorities.
Follow up with vendors and subcontractors for timely deliveries and execution.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in project planning, preferably in Cleanroom or HVAC projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficient in project management tools and design software.
Experience in project planning, execution, and commissioning is a must.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
