Key Responsibilities:

Oversee detailed engineering and commissioning of food processing systems like pasteurizers, sterilizers, and CIP units. Manage project timelines, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely execution. Lead vendor negotiations and collaborate with the instrumentation team for process automation. Support project commissioning, troubleshooting, and production trials at client sites. Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and presentations to explore new business opportunities.

Technical & Essential Skills:

Proficiency in food, beverage, dairy, or similar process plants. Experience in project planning, scheduling, and management. Familiarity with fabrication requirements in the food processing industry. Knowledge of software tools like MS Project, AutoCAD, and piping design is advantageous. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by project needs.

Qualifications:

Diploma or B.E. in Food Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. * Management qualifications are preferred but not essential.
