Core responsibilities

Project Planning and Management:

Develop project timelines, budgets, and work plans. Ensure all work is completed according to technical specifications, drawings, and safety regulations. Monitor project progress against milestones and handle change orders.

Technical and On-Site Supervision:

Supervise installation teams and subcontractors on-site. Provide technical guidance and solve mechanical, electrical, or electronic problems that arise. Conduct quality checks and site inspections to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.

Coordination and Communication:

Act as the main point of contact between the client, site team, and management. Coordinate with different departments like sales, engineering, and maintenance. Communicate project updates, address client concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Safety and Quality Assurance:

Enforce and adhere to all site safety protocols and regulations. Conduct safety training for team members. Ensure the final installation meets the company's quality standards and client requirements.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of installation progress, changes, and any issues. Prepare and submit regular progress and status reports to management. Document project close-out activities.

Qualifications and skills

Education:

B.E., Diploma, or ITI in a relevant engineering field.

Experience:

Previous experience in elevator installation is often required.

Technical Skills:

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.

Project Management:

Strong organizational skills, including planning, scheduling, and budget management.

Leadership:

Ability to lead and motivate a technical team and subcontractors.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions.

Candidate min. 4-5 yrs. experience on same field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
