Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

Supervise and guide installation & commissioning engineers/technicians. Allocate manpower and resources according to project schedules. Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and technical training.

Project Execution

Plan, schedule, and monitor installation and commissioning activities. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety norms. Coordinate with design, production, and service departments for project readiness.

Customer Coordination

Communicate with clients for installation planning, site readiness, and technical clarifications. Handle site issues and ensure customer satisfaction during commissioning. Prepare and submit installation and commissioning reports.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project documentation -- checklists, test reports, completion certificates, etc. Track project progress and report to management regularly. Ensure all statutory and safety compliance during site work.

Quality & Safety

Ensure installation quality meets company standards. Conduct site safety audits and enforce adherence to safety policies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems during commissioning.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge in installation & commissioning of industrial machinery/systems. Leadership and team coordination abilities. Good communication and client-handling skills. Project management and scheduling proficiency. Knowledge of safety standards and industrial practices.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Instrumentation Engineering. 5-10 years of experience in installation, commissioning, and field service (preferably in CNC, VMC, automation, or capital machinery industry). Experience in leading site teams and managing multiple projects.
