Location: Perinchery, Thrissur (Preference for candidates within 20 km radius)
Salary: ₹35,000 - ?45,000 (based on skills & experience)
We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Project Engineer / Senior Site Engineer to take full responsibility for our premium Villa Project (21 units). The ideal candidate must be proactive, loyal, and committed to completing projects within time and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site execution for villas under construction.

• Plan, schedule, and ensure timely completion (5 villas by Dec 2025; project completion by June 2026).

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labour teams.

• Ensure procurement of materials at best price without compromising quality.

• Monitor quality, safety, and budget compliance.

• Handle petty cash, site-level payments, and maintain records.

• Report directly to management with daily/weekly progress.

Requirements
Requirements

• B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• 5+ years experience (villa, apartment, or residential project management).

• Strong skills in planning, material management, and labour coordination.

• Proven ability to deliver projects under tight timelines.

• Preference: Candidates residing within 20 km of Perinchery, Thrissur. Others from Thrissur/Kerala may also apply.
