Role Overview

TULS Corp is seeking an

energetic and detail-oriented Junior Engineer / Analyst

with a minimum of

two years of relevant experience

in renewable energy consulting or EPC projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting project execution, data analysis, and technical coordination for both domestic and international renewable energy assignments.

This role offers an opportunity to work on high-impact projects while gaining exposure to advanced energy systems, policy frameworks, and cross-functional project management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and review of

Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)

, feasibility studies, and techno-economic analyses. Conduct

energy yield assessments, cost-benefit evaluations, and performance modelling

. Coordinate with

design, finance, procurement, and site teams

for data collation and project tracking. Prepare

presentations, dashboards, and management reports

for client review and decision-making. Participate in

project review meetings, quality audits, and technical due diligence exercises

. Support the development of

bid documents, RFPs, and BOQs

as part of project deliverables.

Candidate Profile

Education:

B.E. / B.Tech. in

Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering

with

minimum First Class or above-average CGPA

.

Experience:

Minimum

2 years

of hands-on experience in

renewable energy consulting, EPC, or project coordination

.

Skills:

Strong analytical and quantitative abilities. Proficiency in

MS Excel, PowerPoint, and technical documentation

. Exposure to

AutoCAD

, PVsyst, or similar engineering tools preferred. Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

Attributes:

Disciplined, dependable, result-oriented, and capable of handling multi-disciplinary assignments.

Candidates from

IT, Computer Science, or Software

backgrounds will not be considered.

Location Preference:

Candidates must be residing in

Mumbai, Thane, or nearby suburbs

.

Compensation & Growth

Initial Salary:

?17,500 per month (for the first two months)

Revised Salary:

Minimum ?30,000 per month post-confirmation and performance review Career growth into

Techno-Commercial Consulting, EPCM, and Project Management

functions. Exposure to

international projects, professional certifications, and sponsored training programs

.

Selection Process

1. Video Introduction:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit a brief

video introduction

before the personal interview.
This step enables an initial personality and communication assessment, helping streamline the evaluation process and minimize unnecessary travel.

2. Aptitude Test & Personal Interview:

Candidates shortlisted post video review will be invited to the

TULS Corp Thane office

for a short

aptitude test

followed by a

one-on-one personal interview

with the senior management panel.

Pay: ₹210,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
