Job OverviewKaushal Interiors is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time, senior-level position requires a dynamic professional with up to 10 years of work experience in managing interior design projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in steering projects to successful completion, ensuring that quality standards and project timelines are consistently met.

• Qualifications and SkillsDemonstrated experience in managing commercial interior projects, showcasing strong project management skills. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Project to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD for designing and drafting interior layouts and plans.
• Strong risk management abilities to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for schedule and project management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
• Comprehensive budget management experience to oversee project financials and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Experience in a project manager role for interior projects, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering results. (Mandatory skill)

• Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead and manage interior design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with design teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and executed.
• Develop project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6, adjusting them as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize AutoCAD for creating, reviewing, and modifying design plans and layouts as needed.
• Implement and oversee risk management procedures to identify potential challenges and resolve them proactively.
• Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship in all project deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Oversee budget management, reviewing project expenses, and ensuring that financial performance aligns with targets.
