Designation: Project Engineer - Piping Projects

Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Project Engineer. Responsible Piping Project execution ensuring adherence to project specifications & meet delivery timelines with Quality.

Qualification:

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

Experience:

2 to 3 years of relevant in Piping projects execution.

Key Skills:

Experience in execution of piping & gas distribution system installations. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in coordination with workmen/Labors, Sub vendors & internal/external project team. Ability to take decision to implement the installation at site as per P&ID, Isometrics, equipment layout & piping GA. Technical knowledge about gas distribution system, piping, components of piping system. Exposure to Safe Handling of Crane with Equipment Erection, Loading and Unloading Activities

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding of Drawings - P&ID, Isometric, equipment layout & piping GA Providing input data for preparation of P&ID, Piping GA & isometric drawings. Site Survey, Materials listing & BOQ preparation. Provide Material Indent with Material Specifications for procurement department. Meeting project delivery schedule by proper planning/tracking of Materials, tools & manpower. Taking up Work permits, Gate entry/Exit procedures & related documentation works. o Coordination with Client project team for site clearances. Preparation of Project technical documents TDS, Work Method Statements, Schedule, checklist, PTP & PTR. Make sure of Safety & Quality during execution. Reporting of Site Expenses. Support on submission of statutory requirements of workmen. Prepare & submission of Project related ISO documents.
