Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

Assist the Project Manager in preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution.

2. Technical & Site Management

Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Provide technical guidance and resolve site-level issues. Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, and MEP works. Conduct quality checks and inspections at various stages of construction.

3. Resource Management

Supervise labor, subcontractors, and equipment deployment on-site. Ensure timely availability of materials and monitor material usage. Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with safety standards.

4. Monitoring & Reporting

Track project progress against the plan and report deviations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Support documentation including site records, drawings, and approvals.

5. Coordination & Communication

Act as a link between the project manager, consultants, and site team. Conduct site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution. Liaise with clients for approvals and updates.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience:

4-6 years

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of construction methods, project management software (MS Project/Primavera), AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Key Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and leadership abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards

Work Environment

Based at project sites with occasional office reporting. Must be flexible to work extended hours and travel between project locations as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
