Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute WTP/ETP/STP/RO projects as per approved design & scope. Study and understand P&ID, GA drawings, layout & BOQ. Plan, organize, and monitor site execution activities. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time completion. Provide material planning and ensure timely delivery to site. Supervise installation of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment. Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to management/client. Ensure compliance with quality and safety norms at site. Maintain site documentation including MOM, measurement sheets, service reports, etc. Verify material received as per specification and report discrepancies. Allocate and monitor manpower and contractors. Review and manage site expenses against the budget. Support billing activities; prepare measurement and client certification documents. Handle project handover, site training, and documentation. Resolve site issues and escalate critical concerns. Ensure collection of Handing-Over Certificates from clients.
