Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Coordination

Review

project drawings, specifications, and scope of work

. Prepare

work schedules

,

material submittal plans

, and

method statements

. Coordinate with

designers, draftsmen, procurement, and site teams

to align project execution with design intent. Attend

project meetings

with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

2. Site Supervision & Execution

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is progressing as per approved drawings and specifications. Ensure

quality control

,

safety compliance

, and

timely progress

. Coordinate with

MEP teams

,

civil contractors

, and

joinery works

for proper integration of works. Conduct

site inspections

and verify measurements for materials and subcontractor billing.

3. Technical & Design Coordination

Review and verify

shop drawings

,

as-built drawings

, and

technical submissions

. Identify

discrepancies

between design drawings and site conditions; propose practical solutions. Coordinate with

draftsmen

and

designers

for timely revisions or updates.

4. Material & Procurement Support

Prepare

material take-offs (BOQs)

and assist in material requisitions. Follow up with the

procurement team

for timely delivery of materials. Ensure all materials used are

approved

and comply with project specifications.

5. Quality, Safety, and Compliance

Implement and monitor

quality assurance and control procedures

on site. Ensure all works comply with

local authority regulations

and

company standards

. Enforce

HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)

guidelines for workers and subcontractors.

6. Project Reporting & Documentation

Prepare

daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

. Track

project timelines

,

resource utilization

, and

cost variations

. Maintain proper documentation for

drawings, correspondence, and approvals

.

7. Handover & Close-Out

Conduct

final inspections

with clients and consultants. Prepare and submit

as-built drawings

,

O&M manuals

, and

snag lists

. Ensure all snags are closed prior to final handover.

Skills & Tools Required

Strong knowledge of

fit-out construction processes

(joinery, partitions, ceilings, finishes, MEP coordination). Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

MS Project / Primavera

, and

MS Office

. Excellent

coordination, communication, and problem-solving

skills. Familiarity with

project management procedures

and

quality/safety standards

. Ability to read and interpret

architectural and MEP drawings

.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
