Job Description

• Experience in execution, installation, erection and commissioning of Chemical / Paint plants.
• Foster effective collaboration by coordinating with diverse agencies, contractors of Mechanical, Electrical including Civil & PEB
• Diligently monitor project progress ensuring adherence to schedules and promptly addressing any deviations to achieve project milestones.
• Implement rigorous quality assurance measures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship from contractors and vendors.
• Maintain records throughout the project lifecycle, documenting key milestones, changes and communication.
• Conduct thorough reviews of project-related bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
• Execute end-to-end activities of Mechanical and Electrical project work in Chemical / Paints projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders such as process, production, quality departments during detailing and execution phase to ensure process requirements are met.
• Knowledge in preparing, interpreting and executing key design documents viz. P&ID, Piping layouts, SLD and electrical layouts etc.
• Coordinate with Engineering consultant in Utility equipment sizing, Pipe sizing, Pump selection etc.
• Collaborate with Purchase department to identify and evaluate vendors ensuring procurement timelines from enquiry to delivery are met.
• Manage vendors to ensure technical compliance and time adherence while assuring quality parameters. Conduct stage and final inspections including FAT & SAT.
• Aware of regulatory compliances for Chemical / Paints manufacturing plant.
