Project/Site Installation - Execute the Project work in provided timeline by manager/management, Monitor the work of site engineers in all allotted projects, escalate the site issues/problems with superior in a considered time frame, conduct the training of the site engineers on site level, audit/evaluate the work of site engineers and report to the managers. Problem Solving - Find out the root cause of the product issue which will occurring continuously and fix it with the help of superiors or self, Avoid the temporary solution provided by related issue, Do not allow the site concern for temporary work on any type of site activities. Site Visit - Continuous visit the various/allotted sites if required, provide the solution to site engineers, handle the customer requirements, attend breakdown calls of site related issues, meeting with clients on site level for demonstrate the product/work plan/any kind of requirement/sign in and sign of the project activity etc.

Key Skills:

Experience in service, maintenance, installation, and Static Weigh Bridges. Strong team player with the ability to work independently. Should understand technical products & its features and having the knowledge of trouble shooting the WIM related operation issue. Team leading, Problem solving skill, Ability to understand and resolve technical issues, Comfortable with touring supervising and overseeing the direction of the project.

Willingness to travel across India (PAN India).
