Job Description

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.

1 year experience in managing STP ,ETP, WTP, Ro or industrial water treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:

Develop detailed project execution plans including timelines, resources, and budgets.

Oversee the implementation of STP ,ETP, WTP, Ro projects including civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to align project milestones.

2. Site Management:

Monitor daily site activities, resolve on-site issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.

Conduct regular site visits and review contractor/vendor performance.

Ensure safety protocols are followed.

3. Team Coordination & Leadership:

Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, supervisors, and contractors.

Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance.

Conduct regular review meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.

4. Client & Regulatory Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Ensure all statutory approvals (e.g., from Pollution Control Boards) are obtained on time.

Manage project documentation, reports, and client communications.

5. Testing & Commissioning:

Oversee installation, trial runs, and commissioning of the treatment plant.

Ensure performance parameters (BOD, COD, TSS, etc.) are met before handover.

Provide training and O&M manuals to the client team post-handover.
