Project Engineer
who is confident managing construction activities on the ground and capable of
leading a team of Site Engineers
.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys being present on site, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and taking responsibility for execution quality and progress--not just monitoring from a distance.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Leading and managing a
team of Site Engineers
across project sites
Guiding Site Engineers on daily execution, quality checks, and reporting
Overseeing on-site construction activities as per approved drawings and schedules
Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
Planning manpower, materials, and daily work sequences to maintain momentum
Ensuring quality standards and safety practices are followed consistently
Reviewing measurements, BOQs, and contractor bills prepared by the site team
Tracking progress, identifying issues early, and resolving them practically
Preparing clear, structured progress updates for senior management
What We're Looking For:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
Strong experience in
real estate construction projects
Prior experience in
handling and mentoring Site Engineer teams
Good understanding of site execution, construction methods, and materials
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
A hands-on, ownership-driven professional with clear communication skills
