Key Responsibilities: o Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely and quality-focused execution. o Coordinate with architectural teams, vendors, and contractors for smooth project workflow. o Prepare structured project reports, progress reviews, and related documentation. o Conduct site visits to monitor timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance. o Understand mechanical equipment, specifications, and operational requirements, and brief the project team effectively. o Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support at project sites. o Manage procurement follow-ups and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. o Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders. o Identify issues early, recommend solutions, and support continuous project improvement.
