Testing and Calibration
: Conduct rigorous testing, such as pressure and leakage tests, and perform system calibration to ensure functionality and efficiency. Perform flow, pressure, and temperature testing on installed systems.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
: Diagnose and resolve hydraulic faults, inefficiencies, leaks, blockages, and mechanical failures during commissioning and regular operation. Perform routine inspections and servicing, which may include replacing worn-out seals, hoses, pumps, and valves.
Supervision and Coordination
: Supervise contracted staff and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, automation, and civil engineers) to ensure seamless integration of hydraulic systems into larger projects.
Quality and Safety Compliance
: Ensure all work adheres to industry-specific standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI) and factory safety regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Documentation and Reporting
: Prepare and maintain logs of maintenance schedules, performance reports, and site progress reports.
