Work as per the strategy finalized by the matrix owner.
Study all detailed SOPs thoroughly.
Review and understand the detailed implementation plan.
Discuss the implementation strategy with the team prior to site visits.
2. Implementation Stage
Review and understand all customised SOPs before site deployment.
Study the implementation schedule in detail to ensure proper planning.
Work closely with the client's team to achieve all implementation targets.
Be an active contributor within the client's team and build confidence that SOPs can be successfully implemented.
Coordinate with the Head Office (HO) team for smooth and efficient project implementation.
