Billing Management

: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

Cost Estimation

: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.

Quantity Take-Offs

: Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements from construction drawings.

Contract Administration

: Assist in the preparation and management of contracts, ensuring terms are adhered to.

Progress Monitoring

: Monitor project progress in collaboration with project managers and ensure billing reflects actual work done.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD

Key Requirements

Experience

: 4-6 years of experience as a QS/Billing Engineer, preferably in the industrial sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Skills

: Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail in measurements and calculations.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Indian construction standards and practices Experience with industrial projects
