We are seeking a Project Engineer - Solar who will manage the execution of solar power projects, from planning to commissioning. The role requires technical expertise in solar PV systems along with the ability to handle site execution, vendor coordination, and client communication.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor solar projects (rooftop and ground-mounted).
Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for solar system installations.
Prepare and review technical drawings, layouts, and BOQ.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems and inverters.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Provide timely updates on project progress, budgets, and schedules.
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
1-3 years of experience in solar project execution.
Strong technical knowledge of PV modules, inverters, transformers, and electrical layouts.
Ability to work independently on project sites.
Excellent problem-solving and client-handling skills.
