Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Coordination
Interpret and understanding drawings, BOQ, contract conditions, amd specifications.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and internal departments.
Prepare and monitor
work schedules, bar charts, and resource planning
.
2. Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and approved methodology.
Resolve site-level technical issues in coordiation with consultants.
3. Quality Control & Safety
Imlpement
QA/QC procedures
and conduct inspections.
Check workmanship, material quality, and adherence to specifications.
Ensure compliance with
HSE(Health, Safety & Environment) standards
on site.
4. Measurement & Billing Support
Verify
contractor bills
with actual site measurements.
Assist billing teams with data for
RA bills/certification
.
Keep records of work done, material consumption, and variations.
5. Procurement & Resource Manangement
Raise
material requisition
as per site requirements.
Monitor availability and proper utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
Coordinate with procurement teams for timely deliveries.
6. Procurement Monitoring & Reporting
Track project against schedule and report deviations.
Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
.
Escalate risks, delays, or resources gaps to Project Manager/ Management.
7. Complinace & Approvals
Ensure work compiles with
statutory norms, building codes, and local regulations
.
Follow up with consultants/authorities for inspections and approvals.
Maintain proper documentation foe audits and certifications.
8. Change Management & Problem Solving
Identify design/site changes and prepare
variation reports
.
Suggest technical solutions to site challenges.
Coordinate with consultants for approvals on revised drawings/changes.
9. Client & Stakeholders Coordination
Liaise with internal management, consultants, contrctors, and authorities.
Attend site meetings, present progress, and discuss issues/solutions.
Ensure timely communication of site updates to all stakeholders.
10. Project Close-Out & Handover
Assist in testing, commissioning and snag rectification.
Prepare handover documentation(as built drawings, warranties, manuals).
Ensure smooth handover to facility management/client.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of
civil engineering & construction methodologies
.
Ability to read & interpret
drawings and contracts
.
Proficiency in
Auto CAD, Excel
.
Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
