HIRING ALERT - PROJECT ENGINEER

Location: Ratnagiri

Industry: Industrial Construction

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Understand and execute Civil (Architectural & Structural), and Coordinate (Electrical and Plumbing Drawings)

2. Prepare BBS, Calculate Quantities (Shuttering, Blockwork, Plaster, etc).

3. Calculate Raw material requirement from technical drawings and quantity takeoffs and ensure wastage control.

4. Calculate manpower requirement skilled and unskilled to execute job within time allotted.

5. Prepare daily tasks from weekly earned value targets for the site.

6. Coordinate supervisors and set their daily targets.

7. Submit Daily and Weekly target reports

8. Prepare DPR

9. Maintain M-Book

10. Must be able to give marking and levels from drawings for shuttering, barbending, blockwork, plaster, tiling, etc.

11. Must be able to use Laser levels, spirit levels, and other related civil engineering instruments

Requirements:

Education: Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering

Software: Autocad, Excel, and Microsoft Word

Experience: 6-10 years
