Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute EPC projects in the Oil & Gas domain from planning to completion.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and resource allocation.
Support preparation of engineering deliverables such as P&IDs, GA drawings, data sheets, layouts, and equipment specifications.
Liaise with cross-functional teams including process, piping, electrical, civil, and instrumentation.
Ensure compliance with project scope, specifications, codes (ASME, API, ANSI, IS, OISD), and client requirements.
Participate in vendor evaluation, technical discussions, and procurement follow-up.
Conduct site visits for monitoring erection, commissioning, and resolving engineering queries.
Prepare and present project progress reports to management and clients.
Identify project risks, provide mitigation measures, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, HAZOP, and safety compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in EPC projects within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or related industries.
Strong understanding of project engineering, design documents, and construction practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and exposure to project management tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred).
Familiarity with engineering codes and standards (ASME, API, OISD, PESO, IS, ANSI).
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel to project sites whenever required.
