Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned
General Manager - MEP
to oversee planning, execution, and management of all MEP works across multiple projects. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on management of budgets, vendors, quality, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor MEP teams across projects.
Oversee design coordination, execution, and integration of MEP systems.
Monitor budgets, costs, and vendor performance.
Ensure quality, safety, and statutory compliance.
Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
10-20+ years in MEP works, including 5+ years in senior management.
Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Key Skills:
Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Safety.
Budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
Leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
