Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Revit MEP Modeler/Architect

to join our multidisciplinary team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will be proficient in

Autodesk Revit MEP

and have experience working on

mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

in compliance with

Dubai Municipality (DM)

,

DEWA

,

DCD

,

Etihad ESCO

,

Trakhees

, and other UAE authority standards. The role includes MEP modeling, coordination, and technical documentation throughout all design phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Modeling & Documentation:

Develop coordinated

MEP models in Revit

for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems. Generate

detailed MEP drawings

, layouts, and construction documents (CD sets). Create and manage

Revit families

for various MEP components. Ensure accuracy and consistency of Revit models and drawings across all project stages.
BIM Coordination:

Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure

clash-free coordination

. Use

Navisworks

or similar tools for clash detection and resolution. Assist in creating and managing

BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

and Revit standards.
Authority Compliance:

Prepare and assist in submissions for

Dubai Municipality

,

DEWA

,

Civil Defense

,

DDA

,

Trakhees

, etc. Modify MEP layouts and calculations based on feedback from local authorities and consultants. Maintain awareness of

UAE MEP codes

,

ASHRAE

,

DEWA

,

NFPA

, and

LEED

guidelines.
Project Support:

Support site team during construction with up-to-date as-built drawings. Participate in design review and coordination meetings. Work within BIM 360 and cloud-based collaboration platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in

MEP Engineering

, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Architectural Technology. Minimum

3-5 years of UAE/GCC experience

with a strong MEP BIM portfolio. Proficient in

Revit MEP

,

AutoCAD

, and

Navisworks Manage

. Working knowledge of

BIM 360

,

Clash Detection

, and LOD standards. Familiar with

local codes and regulations

including DM, DCD, DEWA, and Trakhees. Strong documentation and time-management skills. UAE driving license and

SOE Membership

(optional but preferred). Experience with Dynamo, IFC, or COBie workflows is a plus.
