Heads the MEP services on site Coordinating with consultants during design stage for ensuring execution Coordinating with civil agencies to ensure adequate and timely work front for the services. Troubleshooting all issues relating to services throughout project lifecycle. Quality checking of implementation of all services Ensuring commissioning of the service equipments in line with schedule Providing technical support for all clearances with statutory agencies such as Electricity, Water Supply & Sewage, Fire Department Bill checking / preparation of Services Bills and NT items Managing claims related to Services
