Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Review project specifications, IFC drawings, BOQ, and contract documents for all MEP disciplines. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams for technical clarifications and approvals. Assist in preparing project schedules, material submittals, method statements, and work programs. Supervise day-to-day site activities for Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Electrical, and ELV systems. Ensure installation works are carried out as per approved shop drawings and QA/QC requirements. Monitor manpower allocation, subcontractor work progress, and productivity levels Verify materials delivered at site and ensure compliance with approved submittals. Ensure all MEP works follow quality standards and project specifications. Maintain records of inspections, test reports, checklists, and site documentation. Ensure all site works follow safety rules and company HSE policies. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe working practices at the site. Attend site coordination meetings and resolve technical/site issues promptly. Assist in planning and execution of testing and commissioning of all MEP systems. Ensure systems meet performance requirements before final handover. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight delays, material shortages, and site issues. Update the Project Manager on progress and challenges.

3. Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.

Experience

3-7 years of experience in MEP contracting projects (Buildings / Hospitals / Commercial / Industrial). Experience handling Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Electrical & ELV systems.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of MEP installation standards and codes. Ability to read and interpret drawings (IFC, shop drawings, schematic layouts). Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools. Understanding of testing & commissioning procedures.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
