Interface with civil, structural, and electrical teams for integrated execution.
Coordinate with consultants/clients for approvals, inspections, and clearances.
Report project status, equipment utilization, and resource deployment to management.
Cost & Resource Control
Prepare cost-benefit analysis for repair vs replacement decisions.
Validate subcontractor/vendor bills and certify payments.
Team Management & Coordination
Provide on-the-job training to improve skill levels.
Act as a link between project managers, civil/electrical teams, and client representatives.
Resolve inter-departmental conflicts to avoid delays.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure execution of works as per IS/IRC standards and client specifications.
Conduct inspections, testing, and calibration of mechanical equipment.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation and close NCRs.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of heavy mechanical equipment used in infrastructure projects.
Expertise in preventive and breakdown maintenance planning.
Understanding of IS/IRC codes and project specifications.
Good leadership.

Qualifications & Experience
B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
4-8 years of experience in mechanical works within the Infratech/Infrastructure industry.
