Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets for mechanical projects.

Team Management:

Leading and motivating project teams, including mechanical engineers, designers, and contractors.

Risk Management:

Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Quality Assurance:

Ensuring projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Budget Management:

Monitoring project costs and ensuring projects stay within budget.

Schedule Management:

Tracking project progress and ensuring projects are completed on time.

Scheduling and Calendar Management:

Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Correspondence Handling:

Managing emails, letters, and other forms of communication, drafting responses, and distributing information as needed.

Meeting Support:

Preparing for meetings, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents.

Confidentiality:

Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintaining privacy.

Event Planning:

Assisting with the planning and coordination of events, both internal and external.
Skills Required:

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders.

Project Management Skills:

Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to motivate and guide teams.

Adaptability:

Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and learn new systems and processes.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during projects.

Budget Management:

Ability to manage project costs and ensure projects stay within budget.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
