In parallel, as AA Certified Turnkey Contractors of Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC), we execute municipal infrastructure projects with expertise in tender participation, vendor coordination, design approvals, documentation, erection, testing, and commissioning. Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and maintain pre- and post-tender documentation as per SMC requirements.
Draft and submit official letters, work orders, and technical correspondences with vendors, consultants, and SMC.
Coordinate with consultants for design approvals and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Submit the Bill of Materials (BOM) and related documentation to SMC for approvals.
Liaise with vendors for quotations, compliance checks, and execution of work orders.
Respond to SMC notices and technical queries related to project execution and O&M issues.
Support in preparing inspection records, commissioning reports, and other project documentation.
Maintain accurate and organized filing of all project-related approvals, correspondence, and inspection reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2-5 years of experience in tender documentation, project coordination, or EPC/Contracting industry preferred.
Strong drafting and documentation skills, especially for technical letters and official correspondences.
Familiarity with municipal tender workflows and contracting processes is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation software.
Excellent follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently on documentation and compliance tasks.
