Overseeing day-to-day mechanical work on project sites, ensuring designs are translated into reality.
Managing the proper setup, testing, and start-up of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment (HVAC, piping, chiller, cooling tower, Pumps, Firefighting system, etc.).
Monitoring progress, managing timelines, ensuring budgets are met, and reporting on project status.
Ensuring all mechanical installations meet specified standards, technical drawings, and safety regulations.
Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
Preparing and maintaining quality documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.
Design standards code NBC 2016, ASHARE, Fire- NFPA norms for smooth execution at site.
Proficiency in using electrical design software (AutoCAD).
Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and safety standards at site
Implementing strict HSE protocols, conducting risk assessments
Performing site audits and ensuring proper use of PPE.
Qualifications
Graduation in Mechanical Engineering.
6 to 8 years of experience in MEP Mechanical Construction Industry.
