Key Responsibilities
:
Manage multiple waterproofing and repair projects across sites.
Apply in-depth knowledge of construction chemicals and application techniques.
Supervise site work, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met.
Lead and coordinate manpower, contractors, and technical teams.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including work orders, progress reports, and completion certificates.
Conduct technical presentations and site demonstrations to clients, engineers, and consultants.
Ensure proper material planning, usage, and reporting.
Troubleshoot site issues and provide effective technical solutions.
