Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and update project timelines. Monitor material usage and maintain inventory levels to prevent delays. Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity estimation, and material requisitions. Oversee labor allocation, subcontractor work, and ensure productivity targets are met.
Requirements:

Must be civil graduate with minimum 2 yrs experience in residential construction Must have two wheeler Willing to work on atleast 4 residential projects at a time.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
