Technical & Domain Knowledge

? Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and documentation.

? Knowledge of tools, equipment, materials, or technology used in the project (civil,

electrical, solar, IT, etc. depending on field).

? Proficiency with engineering software/tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Primavera,

MS Project, etc.).

? Basic Digital Literacy - using computers, smartphones, email, internet, and

productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Should be able to easily learn and

apply new technologies quickly as they evolve.

Experience Requirement - 3 - 6 Year

The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring engineering

projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

This role involves coordination between clients, contractors, and internal teams, managing

resources, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

? Plan and oversee project execution from concept to completion.

? Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

? Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.

? Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams.

? Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with technical standards.

? Identify and resolve project-related issues and risks.

? Maintain documentation, reports, and project records.

? Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at project sites.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

1. Project Delivery - Timely completion of projects as per approved schedule.

2. Quality Compliance - Deliver projects that meet or exceed technical standards.

3. Cost Control - Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget.

4. Resource Management - Optimize use of manpower, materials, and equipment.

5. Stakeholder Coordination - Maintain effective communication between all project

parties.

6. Safety & Compliance - Zero incidents of safety violations or regulatory breaches.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
