Looking for a skilled Project Engineer to manage day-to-day site execution for premium residential construction projects. The role involves coordinating with architects, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality, timelines, and smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities for civil, MEP, and interior works
Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for site clarifications
Manage subcontractors and labor productivity
Raise material indents and track delivery/usage
Maintain DPR, site reports, measurements, and documentation
Ensure site safety and compliance
Provide regular progress updates
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of residential construction (villa/apartment/interiors)
Ability to read architectural/structural/MEP drawings
Good communication & coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and site documentation
Problem-solving attitude and ownership
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
