Plan and schedule project activities, including procurement, civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning work.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for timely project execution.
Prepare project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation charts.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
2. Execution & Supervision
Supervise site activities including civil, mechanical, and electrical work.
Ensure correct installation of equipment, pipelines, tanks, and instrumentation.
Verify adherence to design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues on-site.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
Review and maintain
inspection and test plans (ITPs)
for mechanical and civil installations.
Ensure all commissioning, start-up, and handover documentation is complete.
Prepare
as-built drawings
in coordination with CAD and design teams.
4. Budget & Procurement Support
Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget.
Assist in procurement of equipment, materials, and services.
Coordinate with vendors for material delivery, installation, and commissioning support.
Review vendor drawings, datasheets, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
5. Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Implement quality control measures and supervise inspections.
Ensure project execution adheres to statutory and environmental regulations.
Conduct periodic audits and maintain records for internal and client review.
6. Client & Stakeholder Communication
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve site-related issues.
Attend project meetings and report progress to management.
Address client queries and provide technical clarifications when required.
Educational & Skill Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Environmental Engineering.
3-8 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment project execution.
Knowledge of STP, ETP, RO, UF, MBR, and ZLD systems.
Strong project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering software is preferred.
