Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1) Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

2) Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to develop project plans and specifications.

3) Monitor construction sites, conduct regular inspections, and address any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.

4) Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

5) Review and approve project plans, cost estimates, and construction schedules.

6) Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

7) Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

8) Work closely with the project management team to identify and mitigate project risks.

9) Liaise with clients, provide project updates, and address any concerns or queries they may have.

10) Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.

Requirements:

1) Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2) Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience

3) Any others: NIL

1) Construction knowledge and understanding of building codes and regulations.

2) Proficiency in project management techniques and tools.

3) Strong technical expertise in engineering and construction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹253,693.05 - ₹775,634.26 per year
