Key Responsibilities:
Execute and monitor
office/commercial interior fit-out projects
as per approved drawings and timelines.
Review and interpret
architectural and interior drawings
, ensuring accurate implementation on site.
Coordinate with
clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants
for smooth project execution.
Conduct
site measurements
and ensure accuracy in quantity assessments.
Supervise on-site teams and ensure work is carried out as per design specifications and safety standards.
Track project progress, material delivery, and work completion schedules.
Identify and resolve site-level issues promptly.
Maintain daily site reports, measurement sheets, and work progress documentation.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of
interior materials, finishes, and installation techniques
.
Proficiency in
reading and interpreting drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
Knowledge of
BOQ verification and basic project costing
will be an advantage.
Preferred Background:
Diploma in Interior Design or Civil Engineering.
3-4 years of experience in executing and managing
commercial or office interior fit-out works
