to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards in alignment with project specifications and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within interior designs. Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to architectural and MEP scopes. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on timelines, budget, and quality. Ensure all works are executed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and relevant codes/standards. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project coordination. Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. Prepare project documentation including progress reports, inspection requests, and handover packages. Support procurement by identifying materials, raising material requests, and tracking deliveries.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out projects with solid MEP exposure. Strong understanding of MEP coordination within interior projects (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.). Proficient in reading and interpreting CAD drawings and project documentation. Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
