Job Description

QUALIFICATION : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1Plan, develop, and implement manufacturing and engineering projects.

2Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, quality, and procurement to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

3Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and report status to management.

4 Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation such as project plans, technical drawings, risk assessments, and reports.

5Evaluate and select materials, equipment, and technologies required for project implementation.

6 Ensure all projects adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and regulations.

7 Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for engineering or process issues.

8Lead installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment or processes.

9 Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams.

10 Maintain strong vendor and contractor relationships to ensure project quality and cost-efficiency.

11Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
