Job Description

Key Responsibility:

Manage interior fitout projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion. Analyze project specifications to define the scope of work and establish foundational requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1-6 years of experience in project coordination or a related field (civil engineering). Immediate joiner, male candidate preferred. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil. Excellent client coordination skills with ability to build strong relationships. Create comprehensive project plans and construction schedules to ensure alignment with agreed-upon deadlines. Continuously track and maintain project schedules to monitor execution progress and mitigate potential delays. Follow up on the production process and oversee the timely delivery of materials from the factory to the site. Translate project requirements into actionable briefs for the production team to initiate manufacturing. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage material procurement and ensure resource availability. Conduct site visits to report on execution status and ensure quality standards are met.
