Manage the entire interior design project lifecycle, from concept to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
Design execution :
Translate design plans into physical spaces, making sure all aspects like space planning, material selection, and layouts are implemented according to specifications & drawing.
Site supervision :
Oversee construction and installation phases on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with codes and standards.
Collaboration :
Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate efforts and resolve any technical issues that arise.
Technical expertise :
Use design software like AutoCAD or SketchUp to create and review plans, and utilize surveying equipment for accurate measurements and layout confirmation.
Material and resource management :
Research and source materials, fixtures, and furniture, and manage the budget for these elements.
