Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

Layout Design and Planning

: Develop detailed layout designs using Revit software. Prepare 3D renders using Lumion Software. Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.

Project Coordination

: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers. Coordinate with construction teams to implement layouts on-site.

Technical Documentation

: Prepare and maintain layout drawings and design calculations. Keep documentation accurate and up to date.

Quality Assurance

: Conduct site inspections to verify layout accuracy. Implement quality control measures.

Budget and Resource Management:

Assist in budget preparation and cost estimates. Manage resources for timely and cost-efficient layout tasks.

Client and Stakeholder Communication

: Communicate layout designs and updates. Address client feedback and concerns.

Compliance and Safety

: Ensure layout designs adhere to safety regulations. Promote a safe working environment.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on layout design trends and technologies. Identify and implement process improvements

REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Experience in layout design and project engineering. Proficiency in CAD software, Revit, Lumion and other design software's. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of engineering standards and regulations. * Project management experience is a plus
