Wanted Civil Engineer Degree Holders with experience in handling Government Projects.

Salary shall be upwards of INR 25,000 plus incentives discussed prior to posting and will be in commensurate with previous experience, technical knowledge and project management skills. Package will be made as attractive as possible for applicants who is a right fit to the company.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Project Engineer role located in Idukki. Present posting will be in Kattappana, Kerala. Should be willing to move anywhere in kerala as per company requirements. The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, interacting with clients, leading cross-functional project teams, designing and implementing solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the right quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

In-depth knowledge from pre-construction works to completion of the projects and a clear understanding of post-construction processes.

Extensive experience in project management, civil engineering, and construction management

Experience with AutoCAD, BIM, and project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is desired or should be willing to learn.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze and solve problems in a timely manner

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively

Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards

Experience in sustainable design and construction practices is a plus

Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus

Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
