Job Summary

Halcyon Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Project Engineer - HVAC

to manage and execute HVAC projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, quality control, and timely completion of projects, with the flexibility to relocate as per project needs.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC projects from initiation to completion Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams Supervise site activities including installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and technical specifications Prepare BOQs, material requisitions, work schedules, and progress reports Manage subcontractors and site workforce effectively Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures Handle site-related technical issues and provide solutions Support billing, measurement, and documentation activities Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management

Required Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field 2-5 years of experience in HVAC project execution (contracting background preferred) Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRV/VRF, Chillers, Ducting, AHUs, Ventilation, etc.) Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage Willingness to relocate and work at project sites as required
