Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage

end-to-end civil construction projects

from planning to handover. Prepare and monitor

project schedules, budgets, and resources

to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with

clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

. Review and approve

drawings, BOQs, estimates, and work methods

. Ensure compliance with

quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations

. Monitor

site progress

, resolve technical issues, and ensure productivity targets. Manage

sub-contractors

, material procurement, and manpower planning. Conduct

project review meetings

and prepare MIS / progress reports. Handle

billing, RA bills, variations, claims, and final accounts

. Ensure proper

documentation, approvals, and project handover

.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

RCC, steel structures, and finishing works

Expertise in

project planning & control tools

(MS Project / Primavera preferred) Sound understanding of

contracts, tendering, and cost control

Strong

leadership, coordination, and communication

skills Ability to manage large teams and multiple stakeholders Good knowledge of

safety and quality management systems

Experience Requirement

of relevant experience in civil construction projects Prior experience as
