Site-based (Real Estate / Construction Project)

-Role Summary

The Project Engineer will be responsible for execution, coordination, and monitoring of construction activities at site, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety norms.

-Key Responsibilities

Execute and supervise day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings and schedule Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors Ensure quality control as per project specifications and standards Monitor work progress and report daily/weekly status to Project Manager / Management Prepare and verify measurements, BOQs, and site records Ensure material availability and coordinate with procurement team Implement safety practices and maintain site discipline Resolve site-level technical issues and provide practical solutions Ensure compliance with statutory and company guidelines Support planning, billing, and handover activities
-Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 5-10 years of experience in real estate / construction projects Strong understanding of RCC, finishing, and site execution Ability to read and interpret drawings Knowledge of quality, safety, and construction methods Good communication and coordination skills Proactive, energetic, and result-oriented attitude
-Preferred Experience

Residential / Commercial / Redevelopment Projects Experience in mid-to-large scale real estate developments
Reporting To

Project Manager / Director

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
